What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Your custom order is lovingly made within 3 weeks before it’s shipped out—because good things take time. You will receive a notification once your item has shipped.
Can I request a specific design placement?
Yes! For custom orders, you can specify design placement in the notes section at checkout. If you don’t leave a note, we will use our best judgment to position your icons in the most flattering way.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Absolutely! If you are ordering for events like bachelorette parties or need larger quantities, we offer bulk discounts. Please reach out through our Bulk Orders page for more information.
Can I select more than one of the same embroidery design?
Yes, you can select multiple quantities of the same design during the customization process. Just use the + buttons to adjust the number of icons.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard shipping with UPS.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
What thread colors can I choose from?
